30-MINUTE BEAT-DRIVEN CYCLING CLASS

A high-energy indoor cycling experience set in a dark, party-lit studio. Each song is paired with intentional cycling drills designed to build endurance, strength, and confidence. All fitness levels welcome with modifications offered. Expect sweat, motivation, community, and FUN.

Fusion 45

45-MINUTE LOW-IMPACT FULL-BODY STRENGTH

A low-impact, full-body strength workout blending strength training, Pilates, barre, and mobility. Using dumbbells, bands, bodyweight, and sliders, this class builds lean muscle, stability, and total-body strength. All fitness levels welcome with options to modify.

Power Hour

60-MINUTE HIGH-ENERGY HYBRID CLASS

A class combining beat-based indoor cycling with full-body strength training off the bike in a dark, party-lit studio.​ Each class alternates between cardio intervals and strength-focused movement using bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, sliders, and core work. Each week brings a fresh mix of strength, Pilates, barre, bootcamp-style training, and stretching.

Expect to sweat, build strength, and leave feeling powerful. All fitness levels welcome with options to modify.
