E. Montgomery is a state-of-the-art gym that provides a wide range of fitness options, including CrossFit, spin classes, and personalized nutrition and training services. Our goal is to offer a holistic approach to fitness, supporting our members in achieving their health and wellness objectives. We are dedicated to creating a supportive and motivating environment for individuals of all fitness levels.

Kelly Hopson

Owner/ Instructor

Hi, I’m Kelly Hopson—owner of Wellspring Fitness Co., certified instructor (ASFA), and a Christian life coach who believes true strength starts from the inside out.

 

I’ve been cycling for 14 years, and I teach cycle, strength training, and full-body fusion—because I love workouts that build confidence, discipline, and a body that can carry the life God’s called you to live.

 

Outside the studio, I’m a wife, a mom of two young adult sons, and I love Jesus with my whole heart. My goal is for every person who walks through our doors to feel seen, supported, and stronger—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Ashley Martin

Cycling Instructor

Hi, my name is Ashley Martin. I’m a 2nd grade teacher, a mother of two young men, and girls’ basketball coach. 

 

I’ve been cycling for over 12 years and have a deep love for staying active and helping others  step into their strength.

 

This studio was created as a faith-filled, high-energy space where women come together to sweat, grow, and support one another. Every workout is about more than movement—it’s about confidence, community, and becoming stronger in body, mind, and spirit. No matter your background or fitness level, you belong here.  I can’t wait to have you join me for a fun, music filled spin class!

Next to the Spencer Alley sign (across from the VFW/courthouse alleyway).

 

🅿️ Where do I park?

 

Street parking out front OR our well-lit parking lot behind the building (enter alley from 1st or 2nd Street).

 

🚪 Where do I enter?

 

Enter through our front door at 214 Clinton Street beside Spencer Alley.

 

✨ What should I bring?

 

Water, towel, workout clothes, and clean gym shoes.

 

👟 Shoe Policy

 

No street shoes on the studio floor.

If it’s wet outside, please bring indoor shoes to change into.

 

Yes! We offer a small private gym with 24/7 access for members.

Once signed up for a Monthly Unlimited Package, you’ll receive a private access code for the back door.

 

📲 How do I book a class?

 

Book through the WellnessLiving ACHIEVE App.

Purchase a package online by clicking BOOK NOW on our website, then book inside the app.

You can choose your bike when booking—bikes are labeled Bike 1–16.

 

🔁 Canceling + No Shows

 

No late cancel fee right now (please cancel 4–6 hours ahead if possible).

No-shows are $10.
